NEW YORK (AP) — The court-appointed New York-based trustee trying to recover losses for victims of Bernard Madoff has accused HSBC of fueling the disgraced financier's massive fraud.

SALAHAL-DIN: The number of people, killed in a suicide bomber attack in Tikrit's Teaching Hospital in Salahal-Din Province on Friday night, has raised to 4 people killed, including 2 policemen and three others injured, according to a Tikrit hospital spokesman on Saturday.
