Baku, 09 December (AzerTAc) -- Chief of Azerbaijan State Oil Company (SOCAR) Rovnag Abdullayev met with rector of Rice University David Leebron. Mr. Abdullayev informed about Baku Higher Oil School, which has been opened under the SOCAR. He said the higher school will establish relations with foreign educational institutions.
