REDMOND, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 31, 1995--Digital Systems International (DSI) today announced that George Gilder, a member of DSI's board of directors, has resigned his corporate directorship to assume a newly-established consulting role, advising the corporation in the area of advanced technology.
Gilder is a prominent author, speaker and consultant within the computer and telecommunications industries. DSI will begin a search to fill the vacant board position immediately, according to Chairman and CEO Pat Howard.
